History
Joanne M. Badeaux, Attorney
Joanne M. Badeaux obtained her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in 1979 from Texas A&M University. She received her law degree (J.D.) in 1982 from Texas Tech School of Law. Ms. Badeaux is a licensed attorney member of the State Bar of Texas and is in the Corporate, Real Estate, and Probate & Trust sections.
Prior to opening her own law firm in 1987, Ms. Badeaux worked for law firms in Houston who practiced estate planning, corporate and real estate law. Ms. Badeaux was a real estate closing attorney for Commonwealth Title Company and examiner at Stewart Title Company.

Personal
Joanne Badeaux has been in the Clear Lake area since 1986, and currently lives in League City, Texas. She is involved with various activities and local groups and enjoys boating and the outdoors. She has one child, a son in his 20's who lives in Austin. He owns Reboot Concepts, Inc. which engineers internet software and e-commerce applications. His representative clients include Balfour rings, the Port of Houston, real estate and travel agencies
