Joanne M. Badeaux obtained her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in 1979 from Texas A&M University. She received her law degree (J.D.) in 1982 from Texas Tech School of Law. Ms. Badeaux is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is in the Corporate, Real Estate, and Probate & Trust sections.

Personal
After working for law firms in the Galleria area of Houston, Ms. Badeaux established her own law firm in 1987. Ms. Badeaux lives in League City. She has one child, a son, who is in his 20's, lives in Austin and owns Reboot Concepts, Inc.

Justin J. Sheard, Associate Attorney
Justin J. Sheard received his law degree (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law in 2009. While at South Texas, Justin also studied abroad at Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge, England, and at the University of Malta in Valletta, Malta. Mr. Sheard is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyer's Association and the American Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Justin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Global Leadership. Justin is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (International honor society for business students). Additionally, Justin has a degree in electronics and computer systems technology, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa (International honor society for two year colleges), and was on the National Deans' List in 2001.
Personal
Justin was born in England, but has lived in the Clear Lake area for 28 years. He enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, camping, cycling, and surfing. His other interests include travel, music, and sailing. Justin also participates in fund raising activities for the Arthritis Foundation.
