Unique Real Estate Qualifications Beyond Other Law Firms
Senior attorney, Joanne M. Badeaux is uniquely qualified to represent clients who are buying, selling, investing, developing, or leasing real estate because, in addition to working for law firms, she drafted loan documents for a bank and worked at a title company prior to opening her own firm in 1986. Ms. Badeaux knows the critical, precise loan provisions to look for in the closing loan documents to assure that the borrowers/buyers are not paying more than they anticipated. Additionally, Ms. Badeaux worked at Stewart Title as an escrow officer closing transactions and as a title examiner of the land acquired to build the Hardy Toll Road in Houston; therefore, she is intimately familiar with obtaining clear and clean title.
