Executor - Administers the Will and distributes the assets to beneficiaries.

Trustee - Handles the money for any trusts created in your Will. The advantage of trusts is that they can protect assets for minor or adult children and spouses.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our attorneys will meet you, listen to your family and estate objectives, answer your questions, and address your concerns. During the meeting, the attorneys will make recommendations relevent to your specific goals. They will quote you fees for same.
You will execute your estate documents in our office. We provide the notary and 2 witnesses.
We give you the original signed documents for your safekeeping. Our firm keeps a backup copy.
